How much luggage can I take with myself?
Each passenger is allowed to bring one big luggage and one small carry-on. However, if you want to bring more luggage, that’s fine. Just let us know ahead of time.
Is the provided price per person or per vehicle?
Since we only provide private vehicles, the quoted prices are per vehicle, and not per person.
How long is the trip?
The approximate time of your journey depends on the final destination, however, journeys from IKA Airport to Tehran usually take less than an hour.
What do I do when I get off the plane? How will I meet my driver?
If you are an international passenger, the driver will wait for you outside of customs, or at your arrival gate holding a sign showing your name; but if you are a domestic passenger, your driver will meet you outside the baggage claim area of the local airport.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will wait for you up to 3 hours without any additional charges. However, let us know if your flight is delayed through Email or WhatsApp; we’re always online.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your arrival time, without any additional charges. However, you should know that in the case of a No-show, we cannot refund any of your money.
I’d like to use your service, but I’m afraid I might miss my flight or something out-of-the-blue happens. What do you recommend?
